My answers to the Blog Tag questions:
What are working on now?
My current wip (work in progress) is a contemporary romance set in fictional Indigo Falls, NC. Nona Rogers and Mason Tinsdale embark on an adventure that leaves them needing each other—both emotionally and physically—more than they ever could have imagined.
How does your work differ from others in its genre?
The fact that no two peoples’ imaginations are identical means we all differ out the gate. With that being said, there tends to be a tad more drama in my books than some readers may be accustomed to. Sometimes there are obstacles and hurdles designed to break you. Love is not always easy. I choose to show this in my novels.
Why do you write what you do?
I write romance because I enjoy the experience of my characters overcoming the barriers that have held them back from finding true love. Plus, I love happily ever afters.
How does your writing process work?
I am a plotting pantster. I begin with an outline, but by the third chapter I’m usually winging it. The story never quite travels the road I’ve so meticulously mapped.
